About White Rabbit Maintenance

White Rabbit Maintenance is a recently established, family run company with 20+ years, experience in property repairs, maintenance and refurbishment. Company director, Simon Woolley started out in the building trade, working hard to become a gas engineer/plumber. Simon gradually built up the business, working with estate agents in East London and West Essex who provide a steady stream of work. Based in Chingford and covering all of East London, the City fringe and West Essex, we do private work and one-off jobs generally off the back of recommendations whilst our core work is general maintenance and repairs for local estate agents. Having worked with estate agents for over 15 years we fully understand what they expect from contractors. All of our contractors are smartly dressed in White Rabbit designed clothing and all have their own public liability insurance. The work we are able to carry out includes, but is not limited to; gas/plumbing, electrical, decorating, full refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom installation, drains, roofing and flooring. Still very much on the tools, Simon oversees all work to ensure quality control and will be found driving around the local area with his trusted side-kick and mincing guard dog, Missy the Cockapoo!

Fees

Letting Fee Information

The asking rent does not include letting fees. Our standard administration fee (which covers general administration and preparation of paperwork) is £xxx (£xxx+VAT). A security deposit, usually equivalent to six weeks rent, is also payable.
